Aligning with God’s Word: Universal Laws Connect to the Word of God

This weekend, we heard from Dr Tony Walter-Girout, who ministered about Aligning with God’s Word. He shared how, like the laws of gravity, seed time, and harvest, universal laws work either for us or against us, and it is up to our discretion to align with them. Inspired by his sermon, I wrote this blog.

Understanding the Connection Between Universal Laws and the Bible

Many have sought to comprehend how the principles of the universe align with the teachings of the Bible in their journey of spiritual growth and understanding. The Word of God is a collection of ancient texts and a living guide that reveals the universal truths governing our lives. Today, we delve into how the Bible’s teachings correspond with universal laws, providing us with a pathway to live in harmony with God’s creation.

 1. The Law of Divine Oneness

Romans 12:5: “So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and everyone members one of another.”

The Law of Divine Oneness suggests that everything in the universe is interconnected. This biblical principle emphasises that as followers of Christ, we are all parts of one body, working together in unity. This interconnectedness means our thoughts, actions, and emotions affect the world around us and each other. The body of Christ is called to live, breathe, and move in a place of unity and complement one another, not compete with one another. We are called to bring our part to build up the body. We are either building it or breaking it. There are consequences to breaking the body.

2. The Law of Vibration

John 1:1-3: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

The Law of Vibration states that everything vibrates and nothing rests. The Bible teaches us that God’s Word is a living entity, full of power and capable of creating and transforming reality. Like God’s, our words carry vibrations that can manifest in the physical world. This is why speaking life and truth is crucial in our spiritual walk. What are you saying today about your family, peers, career, Church, and nation?

3. The Law of Attraction

Proverbs 23:7: “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.”

The Law of Attraction teaches that like attracts like, our thoughts and emotions bring similar experiences into our lives. The Bible echoes this in Proverbs, highlighting that our inner thoughts shape our reality. By aligning our thoughts with God’s Word and promises, we attract His blessings and favour into our lives.

Living in Alignment with God’s Word and Universal Laws

To truly benefit from the principles found in the Bible and the universal laws, we must align our lives accordingly. Here are practical steps to achieve this alignment:

1. Meditate on the Word: Regularly read and meditate on the Bible. Let God’s Word transform your mind and align your thoughts with His truth.

2. Speak Life: Use your words to create positive vibrations. Speak blessings, encouragement, and truth over yourself and others.

3. Act in Faith: Your actions should reflect your faith in God’s promises. Trust in His provision and step out in obedience to His guidance.

4. Stay Connected: Recognise the importance of unity within the body of Christ. Foster relationships that encourage and build up your faith.

5. Practice Gratitude: Cultivate a heart of gratitude. Thank God for His blessings; you’ll attract more of His goodness into your life.

Conclusion

Understanding and aligning with these universal laws revealed through the Bible allows us to live a life of greater harmony, peace, and purpose. The Word of God is a powerful tool that guides us into deeper spiritual truths and more fulfilling life when combined with an understanding of universal principles.

Let us continually seek wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, knowing that as we align with God’s Word and His universal laws, we unlock the potential for His blessings and favour to flow abundantly in our lives.

Thank You, Lord, for Your Word and the wisdom it imparts. Help us to align ourselves with Your divine principles and live in harmony with Your creation. Amen. By embracing these universal laws through the lens of Scripture, we find ourselves living more fully in God’s design, experiencing His presence, and walking in His blessings.
